Afrihoms Investment Limited is a commercial property investor, developer, and operator with interests in private and public joint venture developments across Nigeria. Since our inception in January 2017, we have focused on residential and commercial real estate — including property development, sales, and leasing — primarily in Lagos and Abuja, with an expanding presence in Ghana.
We offer a complete portfolio of real estate services: residential and commercial property development, sales and leasing of commercial and residential property, investment sales and acquisitions, project sales and marketing, property consultancy, and project management.
We undertake Public-Private Partnership joint developments with government on identified locations, focusing on both redevelopment of existing properties and development of new estates. We also pursue joint ventures with private individuals and corporate entities, providing values and returns to our partners.
